Broadspire  not protecting your rights

Broadspire is an outside firm that DePuy and Johnson & Johnson have hired to deal with the defective DePuy ASR hip implant.  So in addition to hiring a team of lawyers Depuy has hired Broadspire to limit its financial liabilities.  There is considerable risk in speaking with Broadspire: it could damage your DePuy ASR hip implant lawsuit.

The "official"  purpose of Broadspire in this Depuy Hip Settlement is to reach patients with defective DePuy ASR hips and to offer to have their  their out-of-pocket expenses paid for by DePuy. For Broadspire to pay these  out-of-pocket costs  patients need to  sign a medical authorization enabling DePuy to get access to the patient's medical records. The result of signing Broadspire's authorization is that they get unlimited access to  patient's private medical records, so they can limit their liability in any possible lawsuits. Broadspire represents Depuy and not you !  You need to talk to an attorney to protect your rights.

Broadspire and DePuy are not offering to pay the complete expenses related to you having a defective DePuy ASR hip implant.  Their  offer is only to pay the out-of-pocket costs only meaning that the patient's insurance company (whether private, Medicaid or Medicare) will have to pay most of the costs.  This si not a good deal, accept for Depuy.

More than 93,000 people have been affected by the faulty Depuy ASR systems, with one out of eight requiring a second surgury to replace the defective product.  There are several  ASR Hip Implant  lawsuits forming, and with so many people affected, a mass tort is a major possibility. However, you don't have to wait for the Depuy ASR Hip Implant  lawsuit to get big before you join in -- you need to begin partnering with an attorney for your DePuy ASR  hip recall lawsuit as soon as you can.
